Prostate Health
The fruit of the saw palmetto plant is considered to have medicinal properties, which may be particularly beneficial in decreasing symptoms of an enlarged prostate. It may also be effective in treating certain prostate infections and may even work well for treating prostate cancer in combination with other herbs. The herb may also be useful for wheezing, throbbing and aching heads, sore throat, and colds and coughs.
